Somewhere on this thread I’ve complained anout my roofrails. One was very loose and other was so so. Local shop foreman was already aware due to another case. Call to Plano Texas Toyota supply depot sent left & right rails. Right was replaced and left wasn't tightened at factory so was tied up. Both are much better. After reviewing the build your own “cross” website I do not find any plcs showing cross bars or any accessories for the roof rails. Are they met not to carry anything on the roof? Only cosmetic??

I had a similar problem on the 2024 Corolla cross xle. Just bought a new 2024 Corolla cross, and the next day the rails were popping off at the back. I brought it in for Toyota to look at and was told that one side would be reinstalled the other would be replaced. I did overhear the service tech say to someone that the rail should have some flex to it. 🤔 I am currently waiting for my car to be done and we will see how everything looks.
