Resale or Trade In Value on Corolla Cross

I recently traded my 23 L. Original MSRP, 25,556 traded at a loss for 23,500 in Leander TX. I tried CarMax and they wouldn't appraise it due to having paper plates. Dealer 1 offered 22,000., dealer 2 offered 23,000 , deader 3 offered 21,800. Carvana, Driveway and all the other online appraisers did not make and offer as it was too new, only buying 22 models. The only online offer I got was from givemethevin and it was 24,500 buy out not trade. Dealer I traded to is now listed it back up as CPO at 27,991.

Just came back from carmax and bidlane right now have a 23 LE AWD with 850 miles. $28759 msrp. Carmax offered 29k bidlane offered 30. I paid 32 with taxes and fees.

I too am in the same city, and have the XLE Cross. I've been a tad tempted to sell it, but I did pay 3k over msrp. (what can I say, I was doing it all alone) I've never heard of Bidlane. What exactly is it?

Just curious, has anyone changed their mind and traded in their Corolla Cross? The Carmax appraisal tool asks that the Corolla Cross be brought in to assess the value since it’s too new of a car. Wondering if anyone has sold or gotten their car appraised recently. I’m wondering if there’s still a high resale we generally see on select Toyota models???

I have considered selling it. Most likely I won't, but it is in the back of my mind. No doubt I would lose money though..I really need a more plush driver's seat. That's my main issue.
