Anyone have issues with rear suspension noise? Have a 2022 LE FWD model and have issues of rear suspension slamming/banging down hard going over most any size speed bumps at virtually any speed since day one. I know the FWD models have torsion-beam rear axle suspension and maybe something to do with that is the issue. Dealer replaced right rear shock under warranty saying it was most likely that, but still have the same issue as before it was replaced. Just curious if anyone had seen the same?

Should be urethane bump stops in the top of each shock. Missing? Or does this happen only in very cold temps? My Honda Fit rear bump stops get rock hard below -15C (5F) fwiw.

Checked that before and saw that both bump stops are in and seated correctly. Happens hot or cold weather as well. Well as cold as we can get here in Southern California.

Hi there Ou41aw, bring it back to the dealer and let them sort it out. It’s a new car with a warranty so it should be their problem.
I also have a fwd and have no issues with the rear torsion beam suspension.
