It seems like in other markets there is only one base level non- hybrid.A basemodel with the same 2.0-Liter 4-Cylinder (CVTi-S) found in the CH-R would be a good option.
But you think there will be only one non-hybrid level?I'd have to think an American model would have the 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine as the base model. That way it keeps the cost down.
Well I think a hybrid AWD would be popular. I am not sure that a PHEV would be, but you never know. 🙂It would be nice to have a Corolla Cross hybrid PHEV AWD version. That would be the best of the best, killing all others.
Let's hope for the best.
Today, at the news conference, my question was answered. They are all 2.0 engines on 3 levels ...L,LE and XLE.I wonder if and when the Cross gets to the US if there will be more than one trim level that is not a hybrid.
