For anyone wondering about the dark spots/irregularities of the LED headlight beams. I did some searching on this, and there are numerous threads on other Toyota forums about it. It turns out that the dark spots in the beams are focused to converge in the oncoming lane to reduce the glare for oncoming drivers.

If you pull up close to a wall, you can see these spots clearly, and as you pull away, they get larger and converge on the driver’s side.

These go away completely when you turn on the high beams.

Apparently the Cutout is Normal and Intentional. The cutout is to prevent oncoming drivers from getting a face-full of light from your headlamps. It might be somewhat bothersome while driving, but it's not a defect; it's by design, and it shouldn't have a huge effect on safety. Or so that what Google says.

I do have same issue in 2023 corolla SE. 2022 Corolla are NOT having that problem. The view from Driver side is not clear and during rainy times, its not at all clear if we need to Turn left. i am not able to see where the divider is there and where road is.
