I put down my deposit yesterday (12/23/21) and the Cross is expected in about 64 days, hopefully sooner, but I don't mind waiting. Most models I saw in the dealer ordering system had black interiors, which I don't care for; She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed liked the softex seats and the macadamia color. I didn't opt for the convenience package; I don't care about JBL audio, etc. I'll add other accessories down the road.

I'm old. The Cross will outlive me for sure. 😁

Definitely! My Prius has just 28000 miles and we love it!. The Cross will replace my wife's 2010 Ford Focus which has only 48,000 miles and is in great shape, but has no significant safety features. I am sold on Toyota as a car company and a manufacturer! Looking forward to this purchase!

2/17/2021. Update. Ordered my XLE Cross on December 23, 2021. I just got an update from my dealer. They expect my Cross to be delayed another month. They have a total of eight vehicles on their lot. Guess I'll hang in for a while as there is little point in looking for another vehicle that doesn't exist either.

I've just been told that 64 days waiting time has just turned into 98 days - maybe. Dealer has no Cross's on the lot. I'm on a list for a '22 Honda Civic hatchback. Whoever shows up first with a live car gets my business.

Salesman called today to say my Cross XLE FWD is on the truck and is expected at the dealership today or tomorrow. He'll let me know for sure when he actually sees it unloaded. He's not sure if it's white or red.
Its' day 161 since I placed may order and deposit.

I ordered the exact same colour and trim on May 15th in Ontario Canada. Was told 3-4 months. No updates at all since then from the dealer. 🤷‍♀️
