Is there a way to control Overdrive? or is it always on?

My question is actually simple so is there a way to turn overdrive on or off depending on your driving conditions? In the past every one of my vehicles (that had OD that is ) had a toggle or gear in which OD could be disabled I would like to find out cause I live in a very hilly area and sometimes to lower temps on trans and engine I turn the OD off while climbing long runs or in the snow and the Cross has so many menus it's like I enter one portal and come out another Thanks in advance.
