I have seen one grey (?) On the road for sure, because I was behind it. And 1 same blue crush as mine, at the dealership service parking area.
Am I the only one who thinks maybe there are more but I pass them off as rav4's?
You have a point there, but I have the opposite experience. I mistake RAV4 s for the Cross until I make a second look.

I've only seen a few on the road in the last year in my area thus far. I do wish Toyota would have spent more time with the muffler/exhaust integration & design on the Cross, as it looks awful & tacky/cheap when viewed from the rear. Reminds me of vehicles from the 80's & 90's with the big ugly stained mufflers hanging down in rear & unfinished exhaust outlets.

The profile of the Cross is nearly indistinguishable from the Rav4 at first glance. The front grill is the most distinctive. I need to get fairly close to tell them apart from the sides or rear.
So true!! I excitedly took a pic of one thinking it was a Cross, then I realized the Cross has the fog lights at the bottom. Hahaha
it was 100% Rav 4. Im glad i waited to post the pic LOL

Saw 2 more white ones today. I am about ready to say they are now common in Phoenix.🙂
I've only seen 2 total thus far in North Scottsdale & Cave Creek area, north of Phoenix, since they made their debut about a year ago. I don't see that many Mazda CX-30's either, despite the model being out for over 3 years now. Most people in the USA seem to gravitate towards larger Crossovers than the Corolla Cross & CX-30, such as the Rav4 & CX-5 (of which, I see plenty of both on the road constantly). I prefer smaller crossovers & cars myself.
