I did as you have, and I'm 1st in line at my dealership. Waiting to see if I will be able to make a specific order, or if Toyota is just going to deal out the cars like cards to the dealers. Good news is, June isn't far off !
I don’t like seeing the dealer adjustment.
Yeah, that’s not good. I would never be that anxious to be the first on my block to own one and pay extra for the privilege.I don’t like seeing the dealer adjustment.
Interesting. I don’t know how any of this works.I checked with a local dealer. He said there are no cars available anywhere across the US .
He agrees with me that it is very strange that a dealer in Pennsylvania has a serial number on an actual car.
Not really, but back when I was looking to buy a regular Cross some waived the markup almost immediately.Out of curiosity to see what the dealership would say about their $2000 dealer adjustment cost, I messaged them to say I am interested but won’t pay any dealer adjustments. Someone emailed me and said it’s still available. And she said the good news is that as long as if I’m in PA, that they are at MSRP. Does anyone know what she’s talking about before I email her to ask?
Having a VIN probably means the build process has started. It will probably take 2-3 months before the car shows up at the dealership.I checked with a local dealer. He said there are no cars available anywhere across the US .
