This my second post, the first was complaining about my paint job. My paint job is fine, I'm too much of a perfectionist.
I have a 2023 Cross XLE AWD, windchill pearl, and mocha interior. I love this car! I really like the exterior and it drives and handles very well. I've read complaints about it being underpowered but it's plenty sufficient for me and I know I will get good gas mileage.

I've had 2 Camry's and a Sienna handicap van, and I've not had the first problem with any of them.
I am a loyal Toyota fan!

The under powered comments always make me chuckle. If people know what the specs are, why are they expecting 0-60 in 3 seconds lol. Also like you mention, the power is definitely sufficient. I ordered an XLE AWD, still waiting....
Do you find that the steering feels loose? Well its very easy to turn the wheel? I drive a Corolla Sedan LE and i noticed the steering in the cross was way lighter.

The steering is very light IMO, I've had 2 Camrys and it is definitely lighter than them. But not too light, I still have a feel for the road.

I was also curious about the “underpowered“ comments. It has a cvt transmission so you’d expect the acceleration to be slower and it’s a small suv based on the corolla so what power are they expecting? Performance is adequate for me. 😉

Agreed, having 169 hp what are they expecting?!
If they want more power get a Rav4. However, with more power comes less gas mileage.
The Cross has adequate power and great gas mileage. Sounds like a winner to me!
