Door Seals Broken After 3 Weeks of buying the car.

I recently got my car during St Patricks Day (3 Weeks since I posted this thread). I have noticed that one of the rubber seals that was coated by the paint has been damage.
(Right Passenger Rear Door). I did not cause any damage of it. Furthermore, I have no one seating on the rear seats yet. Since, me and my wife are only riding the car. I am aware it is a small damage but for only 3 weeks is too early to break. Does this kind of damage covers the Warranty? Thank you in advance.

It should be fully covered by the warranty if the damage was caused by poor installation at the factory; it may be difficult to prove....

The area looks like a sponge rubber that is coated by the paint.
I have never seen a door seal covered with paint. On the other hand, there is already a black rubber gasket for sealing around the door. What is the painted additional one for?
It's seam sealant, which is applied before painting. The sealant remains flexible enough to dent, but the paint will crack if you poke it hard enough.
I think you are right. I do not know what should I do now. Most of the Toyota Cross now are made from Alabama instead of Made in Japan.
I don't think it's serious enough to worry about. The same paint and sealant is all over the bottom and fenderwells, where it gets hammered by crud and stones. Maybe put a dab of clear non-silicone sealant on the spot.

Okay. Thank you for the advise.
Bring it back to the dealer, if you didn‘t damage it then it must have been damaged at the factory or dealer lot. It’s not that serious anyway….it‘s an adhesive/seal for the doors.
