I have been researching the ability to disable the telematics transceiver. It seems that a fuse can be pulled out to disable the system.

Did any of you guys tried disabling the Telematics (contact Toyota mothership via 4G LTE link) on your Cross or any other recent model of Toyota?
I know you can contact the SOS support group and ask them to disable it for your car, but I do not trust them to disable it completely.
I found some interesting bits of information about the wiring for the Telephone/MAYDAY assembly: TELEPHONE & MAYDAY. 2022 toyota Corolla Cross | Toyota , but I don't know if anyone tried and what sort of success they had with it.
