is that cruise control light, i am not sure that
2023 Corolla Cross XLE AWD Cruise Control Indicator is always on!!
So ever since I picked up my 2023 Cross back in December I noticed that the cruise control indicator is always on, I've tried selecting different modes while driving but nothing seems to turn off this indicator. Is this indicator suppose to stay on? The manual wasn't very helpful to me.

The controls on the 23 are different from the controls on the 22. This is also true with my wife's Rav4.
On my 23, the icon is white until I engage the cruse...which is a single button to the upper left from the ring (again, different from the pic posted above which looks like a 22).
When I engage the cruse, the icon turn green, and the display shows the speed I've selected.

Wife has a 22 Rav4 XSE Hyrbid
I have have a 23 Cross XLE (US version).
On the 23 Cross XLE, the icon is there, and white until engaged, when it turns green (on mine at least).
Then I also get number showing the speed it's set too.
Does yours not turn green when engaged?
There might be several versions of this. Canada might also have things different than the US.
The 23 Cross has a much slicker, and more developed driver interface than the (much more expensive) 22 Rav XSE Hybrid IMHO.
Toyota made a lot of refinements between the 22 and 23 model years it would appear.

Yeah, I guess I'm good to go. The indicator does go green and it does show set speed when engaged. It is a pretty slick system. Thanks for clarify my question
