I just received my new Cross… l pretty much like it very much, however being XLE, new on the market.. it doesn’t come with a GPS, remote start, door sills, roof racks.. ☹ Toyota Connect app. l had to purchase door stills, roof racks, mud guards on my own. I ask the dealership they told me that the vehicle did not come with it … it’s considered accessories!!!!
I am so disappointed for this 2022 not to have all the options for this technology driven world.. trade it.. eventually..wow

I think my XLE came with Toyota Connect free for a year and then it's subscription. I didn't want any of those services so I didn't have them activated during the walkthrough with the dealer.

I'm okay with a lot of things being add-ons like the door sills so I can pick and choose what I want instead of paying for everything.

I wish they had a lighting package like my Scion xB did though.

you really don’t need GPS use apple car play works flawlessly. To get remote start you have to upgrade to the JBL stereo. Door stills, roof rack, mud guards are factory available options.
this is a great vehicle.
