Bought this 2022 Corolla Cross LE AWD back in November if 2021 and I’m pretty happy with it so far. I bought it as a daily driver after years of driving my ongoing projects to and from work got old. I plan on doing a few things like wheels and tires but that will most likely be the extent of this cars progression, but I look forward to seeing what some other owner do and maybe I’ll end up needed another daily for my daily we’ll see.

Is it possible to life a CC slightly? I only ask as I have a family member who can barely get into my Cross. She cannot stoop down, but can lift herself up. It's either I lift the car, or see if "Seat Jacker"s could work. Any thoughts?

Nice...can you provide some info on the roof basket and the mounting legs.
the cross bars were a factory option when I bought the car and the basket I bought off offer up for $50. The brand is a Maxxhaul

There was a guy on here that lifted his, this is the lift kit he used.

The only thing stopping me from buying it is how bad is it gonna affect my alignment. I work at a alignment shop and I’ve been meaning to pull the cross onto the rack to check see how much adjustments if any there is other than toe

Thank for the reply.
Unfortunately, the factory crossbars have a very low weight rating. Guess I'll wait until Rhino or some other aftermarket supplier offers crossbars for the CC.
Yea I did see that when I installed I think it’s like 55lbs, I do plan on swapping out for a stronger set at some point. This roof rack was a spontaneous decision I just saw it on offer up and thought I would try it out.
